Refund policy

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase and we guarantee our jewellery for any manufacturing defects. 

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt of order for quality issues only. Quality issues include broken prongs, broken items and damage to jewellery in transit. Please notify us immediately of such issue within 3 days of receiving your jewellery. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@valentinafine.comGoods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, using a fully insured shipping method. 

Due to the bespoke nature of custom jewellery, all custom jewellery orders are final.

Should any issue arise from shipping such as loss or damage, please notify us immediately so we can resolve this for you with our insurance company fast. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned jewellery, and advise if your refund is approved within 3 business days. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
