Most bespoke engagement rings and fine jewellery are completed within 2 - 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and availability of your chosen diamond or gemstone.

Every piece is personally designed by Anastasia and handcrafted in our Hong Kong atelier.

Every bespoke piece is carefully designed and reviewed with you before production begins. Where CAD drawings are provided, clients are asked to review and approve the final design, including proportions, dimensions, setting details and overall appearance.

Once CAD approval has been given and the piece has entered production, the design is considered final.

Any changes requested after production has commenced, including alterations to previously approved design details, will be subject to additional charges based on the work required. Such changes may also affect the original completion timeline.

We want every client to love their finished piece, which is why we encourage you to raise any questions or requested adjustments before giving final design approval.

Once you've selected your diamond or gemstone, the following payment terms apply:

-Orders below HKD 100,000: 50% deposit.

-Orders of HKD 100,000 and above: 100% payment upfront.

Deposits and prepayments must be settled within 24–48 hours to secure your chosen stone and begin the design process.

For orders with an outstanding balance, final payment is due in full on the day we notify you of completion, regardless of the scheduled collection or delivery date. All balances must be settled before your jewellery is released.

We accept FPS, bank transfers and Wise. Card payments incur a 4.2% processing fee and must be arranged at the time of the initial payment.

We have a wide network of exceptional international suppliers for both diamonds and gemstones, providing us with ethically-sourced and conflict free stones.

For diamonds over 1.00ct we search worldwide for the best stone for you.

For smaller diamonds accenting your piece known as melee, we use local Hong Kong based Sightoholders, who purchase rough diamonds directly from De Beers.

I source natural and lab-grown diamonds accompanied by grading reports from internationally recognised gemological laboratories, including GIA and IGI, as appropriate to the stone.

As a GIA Graduate Gemologist, I personally assess diamond quality beyond the grading report, considering proportions, light performance and overall appearance before presenting stones to my clients. 

I work with a carefully selected network of reputable international diamond and gemstone suppliers, with a strong emphasis on responsible sourcing and traceability wherever possible.

Natural diamonds are sourced through established trade channels, with compliance with applicable Kimberley Process requirements.

I do not knowingly source diamonds of Russian origin.

I offer bespoke jewellery resets for clients wishing to give existing diamonds or gemstones a new lease of life, whether that's redesigning an inherited engagement ring or creating something entirely new.

Bespoke resets start from HKD 20,000, depending on the design and work involved.

Valentina Fine Jewellery is registered and based in Hong Kong. Our Atelier where we handcraft your jewellery is also in Hong Kong. 

We check your bespoke piece every step of the way - from wax print, metal casting, to setting and polishing. 

We do not have a showroom but we offer private consultations by appointment in Central, Hong Kong.

Valentina Fine Jewellery has clients around the world. 

We are experts in working with you remotely. It's the same process working remotely as it is in person, the only difference being you view your diamond selection via HD photos and videos and we communicate via WhatApp Video or FaceTime to show you updates. 

For bespoke engagement rings and jewellery, ring sizes are discussed and agreed with the client before production.

Where we have personally measured the recipient's finger and the ring size has been agreed and confirmed, any subsequent resizing requested after completion will be subject to an additional charge.

For bespoke engagement rings where we have not personally measured the recipient's finger, including rings commissioned for surprise proposals, we offer one complimentary resize within 3 months of delivery for Hong Kong clients only, where the design permits. Any further resizing will be chargeable.

For international clients, resizing services are available at an additional charge, including insured shipping costs.

Please note that finger sizes can fluctuate due to temperature, humidity and other factors. Ring fit is also a matter of personal preference, and the final choice of ring size remains the client's responsibility.

Certain ring designs, including full eternity bands, may not be suitable for resizing. All resizing is subject to the design and technical feasibility.

For all our bespoke rings and engagement rings we offer an optional complimentary engraving of your choice inside your jewellery, where design permits. 

We accept all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards via Paypal on our website. If you do not have a Paypal account, please email us and we will email you an invoice payment link from Paypal which does not require you to have an account to make a payment.

If you wish to use FPS or Bank Transfer to make an online purchase, please contact us and we will send you the details.

Our stock is located in Hong Kong. We aim to ship each piece within 2 business days with complimentary FedEx service. If you require rush processing, please drop us a message and we will do our best to accommodate.

Hong Kong clients enjoy a complimentary courier service delivery or an in person delivery for engagement rings.

All international orders will be fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. If you have concerns about delivery or International import taxes, please contact us to discuss.

Hong Kong does not add taxes to diamonds, gemstones or finished jewellery. There is a huge saving to be had when buying jewellery in Hong Kong.

We offer complimentary insured worldwide shipping. If your item is highly valuable and you have concerns about shipping, please contact us to discuss.

When shipping, international buyers are responsible for all Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country.

Valentina Fine Jewellery is not responsible for these fees, nor for Customs related delivery delays.

If the customer refuses delivery due to government levied taxes or fees, incurred costs to return the package to sender are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Fine jewellery is delicate and should be cared for accordingly.

To ensure your jewellery stays beautiful we recommend to remove it before applying shower product, lotion, perfume, or other chemical and/or oil compounds.

Please also remove your jewellery before engaging in strenuous activities like going to the gym.

Before bedtime we suggest to remove your jewellery and store safely.

We do not recommend swimming in your jewellery, in particularly if your pieces feature gemstones.

Different gemstones require different care. For most diamond jewellery, gentle cleaning with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush is generally sufficient.

Extra care should be taken with delicate gemstones such as emeralds, pearls and opals. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products unless you know they are suitable for your particular piece.

If you're unsure how to care for your jewellery, please get in touch and I'll happily advise.

We want every client to be delighted with their jewellery and stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Returns are accepted for ready-to-ship online purchases where a quality issue is identified upon delivery. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt if your jewellery arrives damaged or with a visible defect, so we can arrange an inspection and appropriate resolution.

Returned jewellery must be in its original condition and packaging, and shipped using a fully insured delivery service. Please contact us before arranging a return.

All bespoke and custom-made jewellery orders are final and non-refundable for changes of mind.

Our bespoke design process is collaborative, with designs discussed and approved before production. Where CAD drawings are provided, final CAD approval constitutes authorisation to proceed with manufacturing. Any changes requested after production has commenced, including amendments to previously approved designs, will incur additional charges and may affect the completion timeline.

Any manufacturing defects identified after delivery will be assessed and addressed in accordance with our 3-year warranty and applicable consumer rights.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Every piece of jewellery we create is made to last, and we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

All jewellery handcrafted in our Hong Kong atelier comes with a complimentary 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes antique and vintage jewellery.

The warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship, including issues with stone settings, prongs, clasps and other components where a manufacturing defect is identified.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, dents, misshapen bands, damaged or lost gemstones, stretched or broken chains resulting from wear, resizing, or repairs and alterations carried out by third parties.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection to determine the cause of the issue. Any confirmed manufacturing defects will be rectified at no additional cost.

Should your jewellery arrive damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@valentinafine.com.

We are always happy to assist with repairs or maintenance outside the warranty, which can be arranged at an additional charge.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Whilst we do not offer jewellery insurance, we have a recommended broker we personally use for all our insurance needs.

We recommend you insure your jewellery, either as part of your household insurance or separately.
