I personally visit Bangkok every 1–2 months for private consultations, allowing many clients to begin their bespoke journey locally before their ring is handcrafted in Hong Kong by experienced master jewellers.

If you have a busy schedule or are based elsewhere in Thailand, the entire bespoke process can also be completed remotely. Having created engagement rings for clients across the UK, Australia, the United States, Singapore, New Zealand and beyond, I've refined a seamless remote experience using video consultations, WhatsApp, detailed CAD renders, gemstone videos, high-resolution photography and regular personal updates.

Getting Your Engagement Ring to You

I personally visit Bangkok every 1-2 months, so many of my Bangkok clients choose to meet me locally to discuss their engagement ring or collect their finished piece in person.

If our schedules don't align, your completed ring can be securely delivered to Thailand via fully insured FedEx Express, typically arriving within 3–5 days.

Every piece is carefully packaged, fully insured, and I'll guide you through any import considerations in advance so there are no surprises.

Of course, if you're planning a visit to Hong Kong, I'd also be delighted to welcome you for a consultation or hand over your finished ring in person.
